Dues must be paid prior to attending club hunts due to insurance requirements.**

Dues are paid annually.   NO discounts are given regardless of date joining.

Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of the month at the Trinity Lutheran Church, 2103 Route 6, Brewster, NY. starting at 7:00 pm and concluding at 9:00 pm.   No meetings are held in July, August, or December.    Guests are welcome to attend free of charge.

Membership can be attained by attending a scheduled meeting with this application or by mailing the completed application along with appropriate check made out to the P/WMD&AS, Inc.

* Members will not be admitted to any outings unless dues are paid.   Dues paid after the May meeting date will incur a late charge (see By Laws Article V).    The late fee will be waived for first time members signing up.
